The client approached us to address some minor issues with the roof and ultimately to improve the look of the property. Following consultation, we recommended Marley Major Old English dark red concrete roof tiles to give them the look they desired.

Our working methodology was developed to minimise disruption to the owner during the works. We adopted a lift system for delivery of materials to the scaffold and a chute for all waste generated. By adopting this approach we minimised foot traffic to and from the working area throughout the works.
As part of this new roof installation, the existing roof covering at this Waterfoot property, near Glasgow, was replaced with new Marley concrete interlocking tiles, a new breathable roofing membrane, new Code 5 sheet lead and a new dry ridge and hip system, and the rear dormer was replaced with a built up flat roof system. The project was programmed to take a total of 2 weeks from mobilisation to completion.

Supply and install new counter and tile battens.
