The owners of Greenwood Court had been experiencing ongoing water ingress issues for a long period of time. Upon contacting their local J Shearer Roofing office we arranged for one of our surveyors to call out and assess the ongoing issues.
Upon inspection we found the roof and existing roofline to be beyond repair. Roof replacement was recommended in order to provide the owners with peace of mind for years to come.
